The Skylark product line focuses on rapid design, build, and test of cutting-edge active phased array antennas for terrestrial and airborne applications. In this role, contribute to the full lifecycle design and implementation of board-level and system-level electronics hardware for advanced RF communication systems. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- Industry experience in board-level electronics design, analysis, and test
- Strong EE fundamentals
- Working knowledge of adjacent fields, such as software and mechanical
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, multi meters, or logic analyzers
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to ask questions and implement feedback
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee or refugee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from U.S. Department of State
Responsibilities
- Contribute to full lifecycle design and implementation of board-level and system-level electronics hardware for advanced RF communication systems
- Perform PCB layout using tools such as Altium, Cadence, or KiCAD
- Deliver subcircuit or board designs to production and deployment
- Own key portions of end-to-end electronics design process from concept and architecture through schematic, layout, test, and production
- Use LTSpice for circuit and system level simulations
- Implement microcontrollers or FPGAs into designs
- Complete worst-case circuit analysis, signal integrity analysis, and power integrity analysis
- Develop bring-up plans and design verification plans for new circuit elements
