Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Multi-engine rating
  • Boeing 737 type rating or eligibility
  • Ability to pass airline training program
  • Strong safety focus and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM (Crew Resource Management)

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft
  • Deliver friendly, reliable service to Customers
  • Maintain smooth and efficient flight operations
  • Utilize flexible scheduling to shape personal schedules
  • Monitor aircraft systems and instruments during flight
  • Communicate effectively with Captain and air traffic control
  • Perform pre-flight planning and post-flight duties
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and procedures
