Requirements

  • Beneficial: at least three years professional experience in customer service
  • Resilience and readiness for multi-day absences from home (valid unrestricted EU passport required)
  • Ability to act quickly, organized, independently, and improvise in unplanned situations
  • Strong communication and team skills plus customer and service orientation
  • Careful conscientious work style with groomed friendly confident appearance
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, very good English and fluent German spoken and written
  • Valid reliability check, unrestricted flight fitness, and valid Medical; Class B driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute in-flight service
