Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, solving complex business problems by joining as Assistant Crew Controller. Become part of a team in the heart of Operations, responsible for delivering the airline operation for Pilots and Cabin Crew. Utilise resources as efficiently as possible while ensuring compliance with legal and industrial agreements and budgetary restrictions alongside outstanding customer service.
Serve as the first point of contact for the Flight Deck and Cabin Crew community within TUI Airways. Maintain and amend changes to the crew community's live roster, ensuring the flying programme stays on track. Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders.
The TOCC operates on a 24/7 basis 365 days per year with shift-based work covering day and night shifts spanning weekends and Bank Holidays. The Airline Division is a real hub of activity keeping aircraft in the sky to reach dream locations. Requirements
- Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
- Experience of working with policy and legislative agreements
- Creative problem solver able to consider alternatives and arrive at logical decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills with ability to influence
- Enthusiastic ambassador of change who makes suggestions for improvement
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew community

- Collaborate closely with Operations team and key stakeholders within TUI
- Comply with legal and industrial agreements for crew rostering
- Adhere to budgetary restrictions while delivering outstanding customer service
- Monitor crew availability and handle roster disruptions in real-time
- Coordinate pilot and cabin crew assignments to support airline operations
