About this role

The SAS training department is growing due to increased demand for cabin crew training. SAS Crew Training delivers harmonized programs to all AOCs in SAS, Connect, Link, and Scandinavia, meaning more instructors, courses, and work. We seek a Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) on a one-year contract with possibility of permanent.

The CCTA reports directly to the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI) and assists the CC training team in daily operations at training facilities. Act as a strong administrative resource in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment managing various tasks. Provide daily support to CCCI in all relevant areas.

Operate in a dynamic setting with 80+ Cabin Crew Instructors across 5 training facilities in three countries and 20+ authority-required courses. Maintain a safety-first environment with close cooperation with national authorities. Handle coordination of stakeholders on different courses and support the entire department.

Take on own responsibilities including updating internal documentations, working with training records programs and web courses, and managing feedback and PBI for all courses. Support instructors and contribute to projects and operational assignments. Demonstrate qualities like being structured, enthusiastic, innovative, and independent to succeed.
