About this role
Breeze Airways is looking for “Seriously Nice” Full Time Flight Attendants for our PVD Crew Base to help bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. As one of our most highly visible Team Members, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members.
In this role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate and problem solve with other Team Members. You will act as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members to deliver on our mission: “To make the world of travel simple, affordable, and convenient. Improving our guests travel experience using technology, ingenuity and kindness.” We rely on you to use good judgement and just be...nice.
This full-time position offers a monthly guarantee of 70 flying hours and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic airline. You must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport and successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Ability to attend initial Flight Attendant Training in the next three (3) months without interruption
- Only one (1) Flight Attendant application may be submitted every three (3) months
- Must be punctual, timely, and proactive
- Must uphold professional standards and demonstrate personal responsibility

Benefits
- Monthly guarantee of 70 flying hours per month
- If training outside of base city, Breeze will fly you to training and provide shared hotel accommodations plus per diem
- If training in base city, you will receive per diem and mileage (specific rules apply)
- Paid after successfully completing training
