Join Virgin Australia’s Crew Control team, operating 24/7 with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a lifestyle 4,5,5 roster. Manage network disruptions and coordinate Cabin Crew and Pilot rosters. The role is based in Brisbane Head Office, working closely with the Manager Crew Tracking.

Ensure all flights are correctly resourced in a compliant manner before take-off. Assess cost versus on-time performance and customer benefit within crew recovery solutions. Provide input to process improvement initiatives and raise safety matters through relevant reporting tools.

Collaborate effectively in a team passionate about customer experience, safety, diversity, and inclusion. Demonstrate flexibility to handle changing priorities, unplanned disruptions, and competing deadlines. Participate in a rotating on-call roster while maintaining high service levels.

This 12-month secondment offers potential to extend in a big brand with ambitions. Contribute to airline operations using tools like Sabre AirCrews. Build positive stakeholder relationships in a dynamic aviation environment.

Requirements

Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Flexible approach and ability to manage changing priorities, unplanned disruptions, and competing deadlines
Demonstrated understanding of airline or similar logistical operations
Ability to participate in a rotating on-call roster whilst demonstrating high level of service
Understanding of Sabre AirCrews
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office suite of programs
