About this role
As Cabin Crew Development Manager, you will lead and inspire a large Cabin Crew team based in Perth, supporting them through key operational moments. You’ll drive a culture of safety, service and wellbeing while managing employment relationships. Proactively address performance, conduct, attendance and engagement to empower crew delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This high-volume, high-impact role requires flexibility with early starts, weekend and public holiday work, plus a rotational on-call roster. Maintain high standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Champion Jetstar values while supporting operational excellence at Perth Domestic Terminal.

Requirements
- Experience managing a large team, preferably in a Cabin Crew capacity
- Proven ability to provide direction, motivation and support to a remote and dynamic workforce
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with an innovative approach to performance management and development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build relationships and adapt to different audiences
- Strong strategic and organisational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders
- Sound judgement, proactive thinking and fit-for-purpose solutions to meet an ever-changing customer and employee landscape
- Ability to work flexibly to meet operational requirements
