Join QantasLink in the critical role of Flight Attendant Manager, leading a team of approximately 80 Flight Attendants and Cabin Supervisors in premium service and cabin safety. Manage and drive team performance while supporting individual capability development. Monitor engagement and appropriately respond to disciplinary issues.

Facilitate open communication and develop an engaged workforce that achieves Network Aviation’s business goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams in an operational environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and influence teams
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation and diplomacy skills
  • Experience working within an industrialised workplace environment
  • Commitment to recognising and valuing team success
  • Ability to be a strategic thinker and build effective teams and engagement
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, time critical environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence and personal integrity
  • Ability to work an on-call roster at least once a month
