Within the Aircraft Division's Test & Evaluation Organizational Unit, in the Test Conduction area for C-27J and ATR VS programs, we seek a resource for flight support roles.

The role involves guaranteeing pilot support through radio/telemetric communications, with particular regard to flight safety aspects. Manage flight plans and coordination with air traffic control agencies. Provide support to crews for the operational execution of the flight mission.

Deep knowledge of aircraft systems and normal/emergency procedures is essential to support possible in-flight anomalies, along with aeronautical regulations. The position is within a high-tech environment focused on strategic international programs. Junior seniority suits candidates passionate about aviation.

Requirements

  • Scuola Media Superiore per Perito Aeronautico or preferably Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale
  • Preferable basic knowledge of Aeronautical Regulations including licenses, general flight rules VFR/IFR, instrumental procedures, radar control, airspace classification, air traffic services
  • Good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level
  • Flexibility, control and ability to manage high-stress situations
  • Strong motivation and passion for flight
  • Knowledge of Office package
  • Preferable Aeronautical radiotelephony course
  • Availability for national and international travel

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee pilot support for flight activity through radio/telemetric communications, focusing on flight safety aspects
  • Manage flight plans and coordinate with air traffic control agencies
