Perform the functions and duties as a Flight Attendant Asia. Remain well versed in all facets of cabin safety, cabin service, and in-flight equipment and system operation.
Ensure a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with all FAA and Company safety and security standards, including proficiency with safety and emergency procedures. Uphold Aviation Operations department goals like Safety, Security, Excellence in Customer Service, and Cost Effectiveness. Adhere to food hygiene standards and routine pre-flight safety equipment checks.
Manage all aspects of passenger care, including creating and maintaining guest profiles, procurement of supplies, and stocking the aircraft. Liaise with in-house catering suppliers such as In-Suite Dining teams in Singapore, Macau, and Las Vegas, plus FBOs and vendors at outstations. Comply with scheduling team to meet flight attendant staffing needs.
Perform rostered standby duty, ready to activate within three hours of notice based on assigned trip or airplane. Handle administrative duties and ensure personal travel documentation like passports, visas, and training records remain valid. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Flight Attendant Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous Corporate Aircraft or Premium Cabin Service Flight Attendant experience
- Minimum 5 years of overall Flight Attendant experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of national regulations and standards relating to being a Flight Attendant flight crew member
- Must have completed corporate or commercial emergency procedures training
- CPR/First Aid or Medaire Training
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
- Must be able to work on-call and varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Maintain physical stamina to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling
