About this role
Lead the newly established Singapore Cabin Crew base as Cabin Crew Base Manager, driving operational excellence and engagement. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with safety, service, and performance standards. Support crew members across International operations while managing a team of Crew Leadership Managers and Crew Experience Managers.
Work closely with airport teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless operations. Manage local budgets and implement business plans supporting transformation and cost initiatives. Drive crew engagement, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes in a dynamic aviation sector.
Foster a culture of safety and service through active engagement with unions, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners. Promote strong team performance and service excellence in a 24/7 environment. Collaborate to achieve what was thought impossible amid constant adaptation and change.

Requirements
- Extensive people leadership experience
- Strong track record in managing large, customer-focused teams in a 24/7 environment
- Experience designing and implementing commercial operations and business strategies
- Deep understanding of industrial relations, including working with unions and regulatory bodies
- Proven capability in people management, change leadership, and commercial negotiations
- Sound business acumen with a strategic mindset and focus on delivering results
- Ability to lead, influence, and inspire high-performing teams in an operational environment
- Right to live and work in Singapore
