Vancouver Tower manages one of North America's most complex airspace environments, handling traffic from 40+ airlines connecting six continents. Controllers oversee everything from float planes to wide-body internationals. This full-time permanent role is located at 3511 Grant McConnachie Way, Richmond, BC.

Requirements
- Experienced as an Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controller
- English proficiency required
- Ability to succeed in rigorous and highly competitive recruitment and training processes
- Qualities suited for elite air traffic control team
- Capacity to handle high-volume and complex tower operations
Responsibilities
- Provide pilots clearances and instructions to maintain separation from other aircraft during takeoff and landing
- Maintain a safe and orderly flow of air traffic within the defined control zone
- Control ground movements on runways and taxiways
- Manage traffic from 40+ airlines connecting six continents
- Handle diverse aircraft including float planes to wide-body internationals
- Operate in one of North America's most complex airspace environments
Benefits
- Base salary between $139,333 to $201,407 CAD
- ATC Premium of $31,523 CAD per year upon successful completion of training
