About this role
Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe, is seeking a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to ensure the airworthiness of our Airbus A320 fleet. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on certification work, keeping both our aircraft and your license fully operational.
You will perform and certify airworthiness maintenance tasks in full compliance with EASA Part-145 and Volotea's Maintenance Organization Exposition. The position offers a blended environment, supporting technical operations remotely and traveling to our operational bases for hands-on maintenance and certification.
You will ensure all required maintenance tasks are completed or properly deferred, review aircraft technical logs, and issue release certificates following maintenance activities. You will also support flight crews with technical instructions in the aircraft log when needed.

Requirements
- EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Engineer certified on Airbus A320.
- 5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Previous experience working in an EASA Part-145 maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to work independently and travel to operational bases as required.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform and certify airworthiness maintenance tasks on our fleet, ensuring full compliance with EASA Part-145 and Volotea's Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
- Work in a blended environment, supporting technical operations remotely and traveling to operational bases for hands-on maintenance and certification.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks required by the operator are completed or properly deferred, while verifying the impact of any outstanding items on airworthiness and safety.
- Review and complete aircraft technical logs and associated documents to ensure accurate and compliant records.
- Issue release certificates and technical log entries following maintenance activities, in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Support flight crews with technical instructions in the aircraft log when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by complying with internal procedures and mandatory reporting.
