Crew Controller

As part of continued expansion, the Crew Controller will be energetic and committed, working on their own initiative as an integral team member. Duties include tracking crew flight duties and ensuring crew remain within flight time legal limits. Accurate recording of crew absenteeism and punctuality is essential.

The role involves developing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems and assisting with efficient, cost-effective resolutions to operational disruptions.
