About this role

As Manager CCST and Administration, you will lead the Cabin Crew Support Team (CCST), delivering high-quality operational and administrative support as the first point of contact for both Long Haul and Short Haul Cabin Crew. You will have end-to-end accountability for the Cabin Crew department’s administrative functions, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing of all crew-related matters. Acting as the subject matter expert for the CCST function supports this critical role.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will balance competing priorities while identifying risks, trends and opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiency across the CCST and Administration portfolio. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure compliance, operational readiness and continuous improvement. This involves shaping efficient processes for the Cabin Crew business.

You will enable our corporate teams to perform at their best, strengthen crew recognition initiatives, and uplift capability across the Cabin Crew business. Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience working in complex operational or administrative environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations within complex operating environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Experience in business and data analysis, and process design, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Experience working with frontline workforces, interpreting policy and recommending practical solutions
  • Strong team leadership capability, including the ability to build a positive and high-performing team

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality operational and administrative support as the first point of contact for Long Haul and Short Haul Cabin Crew
  • Manage end-to-end accountability for the Cabin Crew department’s administrative functions
