Work alongside the team delivering airline operations for Pilots and Cabin Crew, utilising resources efficiently while complying with legal and industrial agreements.
The TOCC operates 24/7, 365 days per year on shift patterns covering day (7:30am-7:30pm) and night (7:30pm-7:30am) shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Serve as the first point of contact for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew communities. Maintain and amend the live crew roster to ensure the flying programme continues smoothly.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team and key stakeholders within TUI. The Airline Division is a hub of activity keeping aircraft in the sky for customer dream locations. Enjoy variety across departments like Customer Delivery, Flight Operations, Safety and Compliance.

Requirements
- Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
- Experience of working with policy and or legislative agreements
- Creative problem solver, able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew communities within TUI Airways
- Maintain and amend changes to the crew community's live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI
- Utilise crew resources as efficiently as possible
- Ensure requirements comply with legal and industrial agreements
- Meet budgetary restrictions whilst maintaining outstanding customer service
