Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our VRB Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating and luggage stowage, and remaining available for assistance. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining highest hygiene standards. They also maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters.

Team Members collaborate and problem solve together, showing respect and effective communication to perform at their best. Flight Attendants remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly. They demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive.

Training is paid, with initial issuance of luggage and uniform provided by Breeze. Eligible for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze Network after 30 days. Pay rates start at $25 per hour, increasing to $37.50 by year 8 with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Vero Beach Regional Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high stress
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aide in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information
  • Remain positive and be kind – make Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy and humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
