Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members. Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining highest hygiene standards. They monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
Team Members collaborate and problem solve together, communicating effectively and showing respect. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Flexibility is key as schedules may change due to operational or weather delays.
Paid initial training leads to eligibility for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days. Pay starts at $25 per hour with increases up to $37.50 by year 8 based on a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours. Initial luggage and uniform are provided by Breeze.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport

- Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high stress
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests
- Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
