About this role
Founded in 1920 in the Queensland outback, Qantas is Australia’s largest regional, domestic, and international airline. As Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst, ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to enable efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across International divisions. Responsible for initial and ongoing compliance training for international crew including the new Singapore crew base.
Handle ongoing roster maintenance and leave processes. Oversee timely processing of transactions related to crew courses, training, ground duties, leave, crew movements including upgrades, downgrades, transfers. Interpret the Cabin Crew EA to make informed roster and training planning decisions, including re-planning of training.
Exciting opportunity to support Cabin Crew Allocations teams in permanent roles based at Mascot Campus. Level 8 role on the Australian Services Union (EBA 13). Collaborate in a team environment focused on efficient bid period planning and optimum crew utilisation.

Requirements
- Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- ARMS experience desirable
- Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability
- Demonstrated ability in building stakeholder relationships
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills in time critical situations
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
