Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant while maintaining order and calm in the cabin during normal and emergency situations. Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures, ensure safety equipment is ready, and provide emergency medical assistance when required. Adhere to flight procedures by arriving one and a half hours before each flight.

Provide superior customer experience for passengers and ensure catering orders are complete to satisfy flight needs. Follow company policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Work as an enthusiastic team player creating unique, show-stopping experiences for guests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a corporate and/or airline flight attendant required, 3+ years preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant
  • Maintain required periodic certification on emergency procedures and AED/CPR procedures
  • Assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft during normal and emergency situations, maintaining order and calm in the cabin
  • Provide emergency medical assistance for passengers when required
  • Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures and ensure all safety, galley, and cabin equipment is ready
  • Provide superior customer experience for passengers
  • Ensure the catering order is complete and flight needs are satisfied
  • Adhere to flight procedures including arriving one and a half hours before each flight
