The Crew Controller role involves providing and maintaining oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short-term operations. In day-to-day operations, track and monitor flight deck and cabin crew rosters up to 72 hours ahead, ensuring adequate crew numbers during shortages. Continuously check duty and flight time limitations, monitor on-time check-ins, and handle notifications for crew members. Cooperate with other departments, prepare reports, fill daily operations checklists, and report issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations up to 72 hours
  • Provide adequate number of crew members on the day of operation in case of shortages
  • Monitor crews’ on-time check-ins for flights and other duties
  • Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
  • Check notifications and notify crew members
  • Prepare reports and report issues
  • Fill the daily operations checklist
  • Cooperate with other departments and perform other duties as assigned
