About this role

Airnorth is seeking an experienced and motivated Cabin Crew Supervisor to join our Inflight Services team. This leadership role combines line flying with operational and administrative responsibilities, supporting the delivery of safe, professional and high-quality cabin operations across the Airnorth network.

Working closely with the Manager Inflight Services, you will lead, mentor and support Cabin Crew while contributing to operational performance, service standards and regulatory compliance. The role involves a mix of line flying, ground-based leadership duties and administrative responsibilities.

You will foster a positive team culture aligned with Airnorth values, monitor line operations, ensure safety and compliance, and liaise with service providers. Flexibility in working hours may be required to support operational and training needs across the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as cabin crew
  • Experience in customer service and/or airline operations
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and support staff in a dynamic operational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and operational cabin crew requirements (RSA, First Aid, Passport)

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, supervise and support Cabin Crew members
  • Assist with recruitment, induction, promotion and development activities
  • Monitor cabin crew line operations and provide feedback to improve performance and service delivery
  • Ensure operations are conducted in a safe, secure and compliant manner
  • Develop and maintain inflight service standards and procedures
  • Assist Network Operations with crew roster changes and operational issues
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and industrial requirements affecting cabin crew operations
  • Complete cabin crew administration tasks including records, travel arrangements, payroll support and reporting
