Crew Controller

Kia ora! Are you calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment? We’re looking for a Crew Controller to join our Auckland-based team and help keep our people and planes where they need to be for exceptional customer experiences across our jet network.

As part of Air New Zealand whānau, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment focused on doing the basics brilliantly. This permanent role follows a 6 days on, 3 days off roster at Auckland Airport Campus. You’ll be part of the team responsible for short-term crewing operations, ensuring every flight is safely and compliantly crewed.

You’ll coordinate flight crew resources across our jet network, balancing customer commitments, operational constraints and regulatory obligations. Work closely with internal teams to resolve resourcing challenges in a team environment with time-critical deadlines. Bring a can-do attitude to every shift while enjoying strong relationships.
