Joining TUI Airways as Assistant Crew Controller places you in the heart of Operations, working alongside the team responsible for Pilots and Cabin Crew delivery. Utilise resources efficiently, ensure compliance with legal and industrial agreements, meet budgetary restrictions, and maintain outstanding customer service.
The TOCC operates 24/7, 365 days per year on shift basis, covering day shifts from 7:30am to 7:30pm and night shifts from 7:30pm to 7:30am, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Shift patterns may change with business requirements. Serve as first point of contact for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew communities.

Requirements
- Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
- Experience of working with policy and or legislative agreements
- A creative problem solver, able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
- Strong inter-personal and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin Crew community within TUI Airways
- Maintain and amend changes to the crew community's live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI
- Utilise resources as efficiently as possible for Pilots and Cabin Crew
- Ensure requirements comply with legal and industrial agreements
- Meet budgetary restrictions while delivering outstanding customer service
- Manage crew scheduling in a 24/7 operations control centre
