The Flight Attendant ensures the safe and secure conduct of all assigned flights while providing a high level of service and comfort.
Pre-flight preparation includes reviewing flight itineraries and passenger profiles, confirming catering and special requests, and ensuring the cabin is clean, stocked, and equipped. In-flight, provide exceptional customer service, serve food and beverages meeting dietary needs, and maintain a tidy aircraft including lavatories. Monitor television and Wi-Fi systems, troubleshooting as necessary.
Safety responsibilities involve maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures, operating safety equipment, and handling medical situations with first aid including AED/CPR. Ensure all safety protocols during takeoff, landing, and in-flight, participating in the Safety Management System. Maintain the cabin, baggage, and galley in an orderly, safe, and secure fashion.
Facilitate communication between passengers, crew, and Flight Department administrators, updating on flight status. Post-flight duties include inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck. Reports functionally to the PIC during flights and administratively to the Flight Attendant Manager.

Requirements
- Maintain operational knowledge of galley controls, cabin safety, audio/visual systems and cabin lighting for all aircraft flown
- Conduct safety demonstration and ensure compliance with FOM
- Administer first aid including AED/CPR/DAK with assistance of inflight medical service providers
- Ensure food safety and hygiene, participate in bi-annual food safety course
- Participate in pre-flight safety briefings, meetings and international coordination calls
- Monitor television and Wi-Fi systems and troubleshoot as necessary
- Maintain the aircraft cabin, baggage, and galley area in an orderly, safe, and secure fashion
