About this role

This Architect (ATC) role focuses on data analysis and migration for the LeanIX rollout with ServiceNow integration. Responsibilities include analyzing, cleaning, and transforming legacy application and technology data for ingestion into LeanIX. You will map data fields between LeanIX Factsheets and external data sources.

Day-to-day tasks involve configuring and maintaining the LeanIX-ServiceNow integration in collaboration with Integration and Enterprise Architecture teams. You will analyze the ServiceNow data model to align it with LeanIX and monitor bi-directional data flow to ensure accurate feedback loops into ServiceNow.

You will establish data quality dashboards to identify missing attributes and orphaned factsheets. Working closely with Application Owners and Tech Leads, you will drive data completeness campaigns and design validation rules for ongoing data integrity post-rollout.

Beyond data governance, you will create custom reports, diagrams, and dashboards to provide stakeholders visibility into the IT landscape. This includes translating complex data into actionable insights regarding application rationalization and technical debt.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, power query, formulas) and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Proven experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
Understanding of REST APIs and data formats (JSON, XML) to troubleshoot integration synchronization issues.
Prior experience with LeanIX rollout or administration is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) or CMDB architecture is a major plus.
Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts (TOGAF, application portfolio management).
Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and structural consistency.
Effective stakeholder communication and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve data quality issues.

Responsibilities

Define and execute data migration strategies to ensure zero data loss during rollout phases.
Configure and maintain the LeanIX-ServiceNow integration in collaboration with Integration and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Analyze the ServiceNow data model (e.g., CIs, Business Services) to align it with the LeanIX data structure.
Monitor and validate bi-directional data flow, ensuring accurate feedback loops into ServiceNow.
Establish data quality dashboards and design validation rules to identify missing attributes and orphaned factsheets.
Create custom reports, diagrams, and dashboards in LeanIX to provide stakeholders with visibility into the IT landscape.
