As an ATC System Performance Integrator, you will join the system engineering teams working on air traffic control solutions such as 4Flight, COOPANS, and Topsky-ATC. You will contribute to the creation and instantiation of the product, defining and delivering a state-of-the-art air traffic solution that meets high customer performance requirements.

You will work in close collaboration with the solution performance architect and with integration and software teams. Your daily work involves defining, measuring, and maintaining the performance of ATC products and projects across all lifecycle phases, from test strategy to investigation and optimization.

Based at our site south of Paris, easily accessible by public transport, you will interface with clients, product teams, and software/IT teams. This role offers the opportunity to co-create the future of air mobility, making it more efficient and sustainable.

Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in similar roles on complex, real-time, software-centric system delivery projects
Experience in integration and testing of high-performance solutions
Experience in the ATM domain and air traffic management standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID)
Ability to interface with diverse stakeholders having different objectives
Experience with air traffic control solutions such as 4Flight, COOPANS, or Topsky-ATC

Responsibilities

Contribute to the performance test strategy (methodology and tools) in line with the performance roadmap
Set up scenarios, environments, tools, and performance tests
Conduct performance test campaigns
Investigate, troubleshoot, and propose optimizations
Define, measure, and maintain the performance of ATC products and projects across all lifecycle phases
Work closely with the solution performance architect and with integration and software teams
Interface with clients, product teams, and software/IT teams to define system architectures
