About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Cloud Engineer with over 7+ years of experience to drive the evolution of our enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures tailored for air traffic control systems.

Day-to-day, you will lead cloud migration strategies, optimizing performance and ensuring the reliability of critical aviation infrastructure. Your hands-on expertise in Java, Springboot, and AWS (specifically ECS) will be central to modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native solutions.

You will work within a collaborative team focused on delivering cutting-edge technology for the aviation sector. As a technical leader, you will mentor senior engineering talent, fostering best practices in microservices design and cloud architecture.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java and Springboot
Deep proficiency in AWS services, particularly ECS and cloud-native architectures
Strong experience with modern microservices design patterns and implementation
Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable, resilient systems
Experience leading cloud migration initiatives and performance optimization
Ability to mentor and guide senior engineers in technical best practices

Responsibilities
