Requirements

21+ years of age
Security Experience: 1+ years
CCTV/Dispatch Experience: 1+ years
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast pace environment
Must be able to pass a psychological evaluation
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Subject to background investigation and drug screen
Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and coverage of all airport property.
Respond to door and gate breaches to ensure procedures have not been violated.
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter points.
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
Support daily operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with crowd management.
