Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar fast-paced role
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
• Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and support a large team of drivers and driver helpers, including managing schedules and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
• Receive and relay important incoming calls and information from airline clients and the airport to the respective departments
• Ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition, including compliance, fueling, and maintenance
• Process and manage meal ordering information, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to all relevant departments
• Create, review, and maintain reports as needed
• Update and manage transportation databases
