About this role

Join our Iberia Service Team and take a key role in ensuring that every maintenance and repair request runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll act as the operational link between service needs and field execution. This position is fully embedded within the Service Team.

Dispatch and assign service orders while monitoring tickets daily to keep progress on track. Track ETA and SLA compliance, expedite critical orders, and manage stock levels of spare parts including physical inventory and regular stock counts.

Coordinate shipment of materials to field technicians and maintain accurate documentation of all activities. Address operational issues with agility while collaborating closely with the Service Team and third-party partners in a fast-growing environment.

At InPost you will shape last-mile delivery solutions with a strong Go Go Go mindset. Champion the customer, own initiatives, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of dispatching and logistics processes.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate technical personnel
Experience in inventory management, purchase order handling, and stock control
Previous exposure to environments involving electronic repairs
Proficiency with dispatching tools and order management systems
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Native Spanish + fluent English

Responsibilities
