Executive Aviation is seeking hands-on individuals ready to launch a career in the aviation industry. Our growing Hamilton operation works with many different airline partners and offers an exciting opportunity to support Canada’s best airlines on the ramp.
Ground Handlers drive and operate ground service equipment, marshal aircraft, sort and load baggage according to load plans, service water and lavatories, groom cabins, and keep ramp areas clear of debris. The role reports directly to the Ramp Lead and requires consistent focus under tight deadlines.
Team members enjoy flexible shift patterns that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliability, physical stamina, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential to daily success.

Requirements
- Personal flexibility to work shift work including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel, push and pull for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
- Physical ability to consistently lift up to 70 lbs/32 kgs
- Willingness to work outside in all types of weather
- Must wear required safety wear including steel toe boots, reflective vest, and hearing protection
- Ability to obtain Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada and pass criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Ensure airline procedures are followed in line with Transport Canada rules and regulations
- Drive and operate ground service equipment
- Marshall and wing-walk aircraft to gate
- Sort, load and offload guest baggage in accordance with load plan
- Deliver guest baggage to claim area and unload onto conveyor system
- Service aircraft water and lavatories
- Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove when found
- Groom aircraft by cleaning cabins, galleys, and lavatories and restocking supplies
