As Associate Director, MRO Engineering Overhaul Support Services, lead a team of technicians, engineers, and designated airworthiness analysts (DAA). Provide technical support for engine assembly, disassembly, and testing in MRO, plus manage related engineering inquiries (EI/RFE). This full-time onsite role at Saint-Hubert features flexible Monday-to-Friday hours.

Deliver technical mentoring and training to new designated overhaul facilities (DOF), then audit them for compliance with revision instructions. Collaborate closely with MRO operations, DOF, program support groups, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams. Ensure support and responses meet OEM technical, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Expertise in MRO engineering support for aircraft engines
  • Leadership in technical teams supporting engine overhaul workshops
  • Knowledge of engine assembly, disassembly, and testing processes
  • Experience managing engineering inquiries (EI/RFE) in aviation MRO
  • Familiarity with designated overhaul facilities (DOF) training and auditing
  • Understanding of aviation regulatory compliance and OEM requirements
  • Engineering background in aerospace propulsion technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead team of technicians, engineers, and designated airworthiness analysts (DAA) for technical support to MRO assembly, disassembly, and testing
  • Manage engineering inquiries (EI/RFE) related to MRO operations
  • Provide technical mentoring and training to new designated overhaul facilities (DOF)
  • Audit DOF to ensure proper follow-up of revision instructions
  • Collaborate with MRO operations, DOF, program support groups, engineering, quality, and regulatory compliance teams
  • Ensure technical support and EI/RFE responses meet OEM technical, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Support engine fleet sustainability and achieve MRO delivery and quality goals
